BUSINESS ANALYST - MILAN in Italy

TMC Italy is looking for a Business Analyst based in Milan (Italy) to work on redesigning processes and platforms to provide the final user with the best “Customer Journey” possible. The role will be carried out in an international context, directly interfacing with stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of business cases
• Support to business stakeholders in extracting, analyzing, implementing, and validating ‘requirements’ for the requested changes in business processes, procedures, and IT systems (Business requirements specification - SRS)
• Analyze and assist in determining potential (business, mixed, and IT) solutions, assessing their risks and dependencies, and if necessary, conducting market analyses to identify the best solution providers
• Ensure the coherence of business analyses with corresponding processes and existing projects
• Support in the implementation of the solution and contribute to its acceptance (Business test scenario - SRS)
• Support and drive the "change management"
• Support the continuous improvement of operational processes

What we expect from you

• Mandatory Master's Degree in technical disciplines
• Mandatory experience in the role
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience in creating user stories and reports
• Experience in requirements engineering and process modeling using UML
• Understanding of functional analysis and UI mock-ups to better communicate with all stakeholders involved in product definition
• Understanding of usability principles
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK)
• Experience in facilitating workshops and providing training to business audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe
• Strong motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
