You have worked on and managed projects within IT and digitalization for at least five years and want to continue developing in the role of a project manager. What we expect from you

You have at least a three-year technical education as an engineer, systems specialist, or equivalent. You are a natural leader and have previously taken full responsibility for delivery in IT projects/initiatives, including timelines, budgets, resources, execution, testing, and rollout—both with traditional and agile methods. You are accustomed to and enjoy managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously—large and small. You have gained insight into various industries and led projects based on different setups of IT organizations and system landscapes. You are experienced in working with and meeting requirements—internally as well as with external suppliers or partners.

You are passionate about operating at the intersection of business and IT to create the best possible digital solutions for customers and users. Furthermore, you are driven by implementing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions that enable efficient and secure workflows and information handling in an increasingly digital world.

To succeed in this type of leadership role, you have:

• at least 5 years of professional experience as a leader within IT/digitalization
• at least a 3-year university degree either as an engineer, systems and/or computer scientist
• natural leadership qualities, driven by building sustainable and healthy teams
• strong communication skills and extensive experience in leading meetings, workshops, and presentations
• excellent language skills and fluency in Swedish and English

It is also advantageous if you:

• have encountered and/or worked based on IPMA, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, and/or Prince2
• are certified in agile methodologies and project management
• have previous experience working as a consultant
• are experienced in Azure DevOps, Jira, or another ALM system
