TMC Italia is looking for a Business and Process Analyst based in Milan (Italy) to work on the implementation of a Data Governance Framework. The activity will be carried on in an international context, directly interfacing stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:
- Revise and validate the Data Governance framework
- Analyze, develop and configure business processes, policies and data structures to support Data Governance
- Support the deployment of the model in all the identified domains
- Define and implement communication activities to spread awareness about Data Governance
- Assess the Information Management Maturity Level reached at the end of the deployment cycle
- Drafting of written documentation to support work, reporting on findings and presentation to stakeholders when necessary
- Daily relationship and management of different stakeholders
Cosa ci aspettiamo da voi
- Mandatory a Master’s Degree in technical disciplines
- Proven experience on Data Governance / Data management / Quality assurance management
- Capability to build and maintain a conceptual and logical information model
- Capability to describe and document business rules and data related processes
- Data Management Association International (DAMA) certification is a plus
- Certifications on Business Analysis (IIBA or PMI or equivalents) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
