BUSINESS AND PROCESS ANALYST - MILAN in Italy

TMC Italia is looking for a **Business and Process Analyst** based in Milan (Italy) to work on the implementation of a Data Governance Framework. The activity will be carried out in an international context, directly interfacing with stakeholders. Responsibilities will include: - Revise and validate the Data Governance framework - Analyze, develop, and configure business processes, policies, and data structures to support Data Governance - Support the deployment of the model in all identified domains - Define and implement communication activities to raise awareness about Data Governance - Assess the Information Management Maturity Level achieved at the end of the deployment cycle - Draft written documentation to support work, report findings, and present to stakeholders when necessary - Maintain daily relationships and manage different stakeholders

What we expect from you

• Mandatory: a Master’s Degree in technical disciplines
• Proven experience in Data Governance / Data Management / Quality Assurance management
• Ability to build and maintain a conceptual and logical information model
• Ability to describe and document business rules and data-related processes
• Data Management Association International (DAMA) certification is a plus
• Certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA, PMI, or equivalents) are a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe
• Strong motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
