TMC is looking for an HR Coordinator. In this function you will perform HR administration of the business cell and you will support all work arising from commercial activities.

General tasks :

• Financial administration ;
• Timely and correct execution of billing, accounts payable management and salary administration ;
• HR administration ;
• Responsible for all activities related to recruitment, promotion and discharge of employees ;
• General support/ secretarial work ;
• General support of the business cell activities ;
• Communication ;
• Organizing events ;
• Facility support ;
• General secretarial and administrative support.

Wat we van jou verwachten

| What do we expect from you ?

• Bachelor level
• 2-4 years of work experience;
• Affinity with HR ;
• Good understanding of numerics ;
• Affinity with accounts payable and receivable ;
• Communication skills ;
• Good knowledge of French and English.
