TMC is building up a team with different skills who will work on designing and developing products for the Media industry. Starting from evaluating technology trends, the team should facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, and mocking up user experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and professional with positive attitude Project Manager, who is looking for new challenges and exciting work environment located in Italy but operating internationally.

Purpose of The Role:

As a Digital Project manager, you will be the owner for key-client projects and key-strategic initiatives, for identifying solution domains, solving problems and for execution excellence. You will work closely with Internal and external partners, PMO members, engineers and product leaders on a wide-range of issues, understanding concepts, finding solutions, designing and implementing key components.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform the role of Project Manager for a medium-large size project
• Analyze project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules
• Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports
• Use content management systems and project management software
• Report and update project director and PMO
• Guide the functional and technical teams and maintain the solution vision and design principles
• Handle all client communications and relationships with various teams at different levels
• Work with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases
• Provide advice on the roadmap and enhancement selection
• Monitor and guide the development team
• Prepare all documents necessary for the follow up of projects activities (reports, invoicing, planning and management of information etc.)
• Close the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage modification for the projects under execution
• Align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals

Cosa ci aspettiamo da voi

• You have a M. Sc. in Engineering areas or Computer Sciences and 2-4 years of experience as Project Manager
• Hands on experience in Microsoft office and MS Projects
• Practical experience with content management systems, and project management software
• PMP ® or other Project Management certifications are a plus
• Experience with Data Governance is a plus
• Very good interfaces and communications skills (extensive interfaces with partners and client-company back offices)
• Fluent English and Italian. French would be a plus.
• Availability for travelling
