| YOUR CHALLENGES?
Reporting to our CEO TMC France South-West,
You will be tasked with developing new client accounts as well as nurturing and growing existing accounts internally.
Your role involves aiming for operational excellence in the following areas:
- Business Development
- Managing and developing IT client accounts
- Defining your commercial strategy with the support of other Business Managers in the IT BU and implementing it
- Developing and retaining your clients
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts for won projects
- Responding to requests for proposals
- Recruitment
- Identifying and recruiting future Employeneurs to join your IT team using our sourcing tools
- Collaborating closely with the HR team to attract future talent
- Participating in career fairs
- Networking and engaging communities
- People Management
- Managing your team of consultants (career management, follow-up, and support) + managing an internal team of IT business managers
- Financial Management
- Managing your profit center autonomously
To ensure your success and ease your onboarding, you will also participate in a training session at our headquarters in the Netherlands.
What we expect from you
Minimum skills required for this role:
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience within a consulting company or recruitment agency specializing in IT professions (Development - Functional - Data - Infra, etc.)
- You have experience in headhunting/recruitment (sourcing - approach - interviews)
- You have a strong interest in prospecting and business development.
- You speak fluent French and have good oral and written proficiency in English.
