About this vacancy
As a Scrum Master at TMC, you are part of a product team, working on product and application development projects where you play a crucial role in our clients' operations. By working in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams, you develop both your technical expertise and soft skills. You will use your Scrum knowledge to develop, maintain, and manage project plans while being fully responsible for the overall delivery of a project. With your experience in working within an agile methodology, you take a hands-on approach to ensure each project stays on track and make sure every team member collaborates effectively in alignment with the mission.
What we expect from you
We are looking for someone with a higher education degree or master's degree in engineering and at least 2 years of documented experience as a Scrum Master. You are results-oriented and demonstrate strong leadership in the projects you lead. You are a true team player and communicate easily with others. You are proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
In previous work, you have encountered and/or worked with the following:
• Certification as Scrum Master
• Software development in roles such as software developer, tester, business analyst, or architect
• Leadership roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Line Manager, Project Manager)
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent systems
• Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, and DevOps
• Lean Agile methods such as Kanban
• Understanding of Change Management
