About this vacancy

• Be the guarantor of the proper implementation of the Scrum method and agile practices
• Assist the PO and developers in improving their roles (agility training or workshops, better backlog management, and user stories management…)
• Drive change to enhance the team's productivity
• Manage Scrum events and facilitate all agile ceremonies: Backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily meeting, iteration review, retrospectives, System Demo, PI Planning, sprint meetings
• Facilitate communication among various internal and external project stakeholders so they can overcome challenges and collaborate proactively
• Optionally participate in certain project tasks: Documentation, managing DevSecOps environments, validation, development.

What we expect from you

With a Bac +5 qualification in an IT-related field (engineering school, Master's degree, or equivalent), you have at least 3 years of experience in a product and digital environment. Holding a Scrum certification or equivalent (CSM, CSP, etc.), you are proficient in Agile Safe methodology.
