About this vacancy

Attached to the Activity Manager, you will oversee the overall management of turnkey industrial projects primarily delivered for the aeronautics and aerospace sectors. Your missions:  • Serve as the client interface from the pre-sales phase to project delivery, • Structure the project, • Ensure compliance with the contract, • Manage the project while respecting Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance standards, • Handle the contractual aspects of the project and its deliverables, • Ensure internal and external communication (KPI management and reporting). Beyond this position, TMC is looking for Ambassadors to support the growth of its Toulouse agency. You will have the opportunity to contribute to competitiveness clusters (Digital 113, Aerospace Valley, La mêlée Numérique...), to be an Ambassador for a school, to participate in Forums - Talks - Conferences - Meetups... to contribute to innovation through our Labs... In short, your only limit will be your imagination!

What we expect from you

< p > With a higher education background, you have proven experience in managing complex projects within the industry, especially in the development of turnkey industrial solutions.< /p >< p >< br >< /p >< p > Your technical foundation enables you to understand the challenges of the projects under your responsibility and ensures your legitimacy within your team.< /p >< p >< br >< /p >< p > The type of projects you manage are oriented towards mechanical solutions (mechanical tools, transport equipment...) and multi-technical functional systems (mechanics, command & control, supervision, instrumentation, fluid...).< /p >< p >< br >< /p >< p > You are recognized for your communication skills, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction and performance. A hands-on professional, you have strong analytical and synthesis abilities, as well as solid technical foundations. Dynamic, you are one of the driving forces of the activity and show a genuine willingness to invest yourself to succeed.< /p >< p >< br >< /p >< p > You have a good level of technical and conversational English.< /p >
