About this vacancy

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Back office & client relations:
  • Invoicing
  • Project management: documentation and administration
  • Credit collection
• HR Management:
  • Communications with External Payroll Supplier
  • Employeneurs’ education, holidays, onboarding/offboarding
  • Reporting to the accounting department
  • POC (Point Of Contact) for all HR-related questions
  • Training Reporting (YOUniversity)
• Administrative Support:
  • Office and project supplies
  • Process optimization
  • Fleet management
  • Contract preparation
  • Management of VISA and expat-related topics

What we expect from you

• You are a student or recent graduate in Economics or equivalent education
• During your academic career, you have gained basics in the following fields:
  • Accounting fundamentals
  • Excel and Pivot Tables
• You are motivated to work in a consulting firm with a unique model
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
