About this vacancy
As a business manager at TMC, you build your own team of employeneurs who work on the development and optimization of innovative products and processes within areas such as mechanical engineering and the high-tech industry. The main tasks of a business manager are: · Approaching and selecting the right people for your team; · Maintaining client relationships and building new client relationships; · Sparring with clients about technical assignments and assessing who from your team can execute them; · Guiding your team members. We strive to be a good and impactful employer for as many people as possible.
What we expect from you
· You have completed a (technical) education and operate at HBO+ work/thinking level; · You are naturally curious, enjoy uncovering all details in conversations, and place people at the center of your focus; · You are proficient in both Dutch and English; · The technical sector appeals to you; · You have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
