ISPL Project Manager in France

About this vacancy

Integrated within an IT department, you are responsible for the overall performance of the project (user satisfaction, adherence to deadlines, budgets, and the quality of deliverables and the solution). You understand the project’s challenges and can challenge the various stakeholders to optimize results.

You are responsible for the following activities:

• Project management using Agile methodologies (Scrum) or waterfall models (CMMi, GPP)
• Defining schedules and project plans, ensuring project progress
• Risk analysis and implementation of prevention plans
• Coordination of all stakeholders (MOA, MOE, providers) involved in the project
• Leading project steering committees
• Participating in the phases of requirement expression, architecture definition, solution selection, and the drafting of requirement and architecture documentation
• Managing integrator providers and validating deliverables
• Drafting test dossiers and delivery acceptance reports

You will work in one of the following areas:

• Enterprise portals, DMS, mobility, connected devices
• Program Management (OPX2)
• Customer Services (sales, support & repair, technical data & flight ops)
• Finance (SAP FI/CO), HR (SAP HR, Nakisa)
• Supply Chain, Procurement (Ariba, SAP SD/MM, …)
• General Management (Security Management, Asset Management, …)
• Business Intelligence (SAP BW, BO)

What we expect from you

With a higher education degree in computer science (Master’s level, Bac+5), from an Engineering School or equivalent, or a business school, you have confirmed initial experience in a similar position. You have proven skills in project management using agile methods or V-cycle and significant experience in executing complex solution integration projects. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, and work in an international environment. Knowledge of Airbus client methods and tools (GPP, ...) is a plus.
