As a HARDWARE ENGINEER, you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of IoT hardware devices.

About this vacancy
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Participate in requirements collection and architecture definition
- Design various solutions and select the best one
- Component selection and support for procurement
- Component lifecycle management (design-to-cost, design-to-component)
- Integration of electronic devices such as microcontrollers, modems, GPS, sensors, …
- Troubleshoot issues with in-depth analysis and coordination with other team members
- Share technical knowledge with other team members
- Produce technical documentation
What we expect from you
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree
- 2 to 6 years of experience in analog and digital design of boards equipped with microcontrollers
- Knowledge of the main communication buses (SPI, I2C, RS485, …)
- Familiarity with the main solutions for power supply from network and post-regulation
- Previous lab experience
- Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility issues and solutions
- Proficient usage of CAD tools for schematic entry and PCB layout (PADS-Siemens would be a plus)
- Good command of Italian and English languages
- Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods is a plus
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
