• support the salary growth of the people in their Business Unit, foster their professional evolution, and nurture their personal satisfaction
• understand clients' needs and offer the expertise of TMC Italia's competency Cells and the Technological Lab
• manage the BU's budget and finances, define partnerships, handle purchases, negotiations, and anything necessary for optimal development
• Identify with TMC's values of autonomy, responsibility, creativity, collaboration, and flexibility

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in Engineering or scientific subjects
• An organized and rigorous mindset, open-minded and dynamic, interested in directly managing the entire business generation cycle
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to develop your own business segment
• A strong result-oriented approach and determination
• The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (clients, candidates, employeneurs, staff, ..)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• An initial experience in management, preferably in a consulting company or an initial entrepreneurial experience
• A positive mindset and capability to integrate into an environment geared toward growth and sharing
