Business Analyst in France

About this vacancy

As a Business Analyst with dual functional and technical expertise, you will be the essential interface between the operational department and the IT department.

Integrated into a Big Data project team for clients operating in various fields of activity, you will work on digital transformation projects, where your daily tasks will include assisting in the design, development, deployment, support, and auditing of solutions, as well as implementing business processes and setting up teams (including support teams).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying the key users and stakeholders of the project
• Conducting interviews with users and organizing meetings to collect business and strategic information
• Understanding and gathering all business needs and potential improvements
• Auditing the dedicated processes
• Understanding, analyzing, and designing all business processes and models
• Building a data model, mapping processes, and analyzing data flows
• Defining all impacts and risks of the overall operation
• Assessing project feasibility opportunities
• Providing recommendations and solutions to improve processes
• Writing functional and technical documentation and meeting minutes
• Managing a project and reporting to management

What we expect from you

With a master's degree (bac+5), you are naturally curious and motivated to learn new technical aspects and work on complex and innovative projects.

• You have already worked in an agile environment.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in the aerospace field.
• You have the following skills and experience:

Experience in Safe Project Management (methods and tools).

Expertise in IT development tools processes (GPP waterfall and SAFE®).

Experience working with G-Suite tools.

Knowledge of computer network and security objectives.

Strong knowledge of software functional architecture and data modeling.

Advanced level of English.
